I selected Stars & Stripes for the veteran owned company. The first thing I have to say that it was so easy, no pressure and a very good process. No hang ups on their end like the new house I was buying. Mike was very patient and easy to work with. We felt we got a fair offer for our old house. The escrow office staff was so nice. Let me start out by saying that my mind regarding the property, is at total peace. There were lots of options that I could choose from, regarding selling or renting out the house, but they all had many decisions to make. I had a dozen letters and fake checks from many different Real Estate companies to buy the house sitting on my desk, who do I choose, they all said and promised the same thing, except Stars and Stripes. Stars and Stripes basically promised honesty and integrity with no price in their flyer and that was a good start for me. Mike showed up on time, maybe a little early, and put me at ease right away, we walked the property and he shared his expertise on all things, even pointing out things that I had over looked. I made my decision right away with no regrets. The process was smooth and fast, and I haven’t felt this good in years! P.S… I never called the other companies!

The personnel at Stars and Stripes Real Estate were always prompt and punctual. They kept in touch during the entire process and were quick to answer any questions I might have. They were willing to work with me and gave me 30 days after escrow closed to move out what I wanted to keep before turning over the keys. They kept up with my search for my new place.
