Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

When you work with Stars and Stripes Real Estate, there are NO closing costs, fees, or agent’s commission to sell your house to us. We provide you with an offer and, if it’s a fit, we’ll buy your house and pay for the closing costs, too.

How are you different from a traditional real estate agent?

Real estate agents list properties and try to entice the right buyer into making an offer.
